with only two hours or less of sleep, i get a call from a friend wanting to go to church. and as i promised her, i would go with her every sunday morning she wanted to >__< so i did, and i was so sleepy that i was falling asleep in church. i havent been to that catholic church in so long, i have been attending Grace Bible Church @ LCC. hopefully, i will be able to attend tonights service if...
INSOMNIA!
oh. em. gee. i cant believe im still up at this time, its 5:23am. i dont know whats wrong with me, my sleeping schedule is so off. it all started when i started working the graveyard shift at work, working from 1am-9:30am sometimes till 10:30-11am but being awake from 10pm night time-12pm noon >__< i dont know if my body can handle anymore. i just want to sleep when i want to and stay asleep...
In so long...
-I haven’t been socially active.
-I haven’t updated my facebook everyday.
-I haven’t kept in contact with my friends.
-I haven’t used tumblr… until now.
Hopefully, the changes i WANT to make actually HAPPEN!
One day at a time i guess :]
