This means you can be angry and not sin! True enough, because Jesus Himself, who was sinless, got angry (see Matthew 21:12) God got angry a lot because of the Israelites’ disobedience (see the Old Testament) There is such a thing as righteous anger. But more often than not, the anger we experience everyday isn’t this kind.
When you get into an argument with someone, check your heart. Do you refuse to forgive because your pride was hurt? Learn to humble yourself. Forgive unceasingly, just as Jesus has forgiven you countless of times. Don’t stay angry! Anger destroys you more than it destroys the other person. And learn how to say sorry when you know it was your fault! :)

im hurt okay, why cant you see that?! youre not making anything better, youre making things worse. you said we are best friends yet you are leaving me in the dust. you cant even be a fcking friend to me. i gave you the chances to make it up. im fighting for you, but im the loser because im the one whos hurting. im the only one who is trying, while youre just living your life like i was never there, that you were never hurt or that you never hurt me and that hurts me even more. cant you see you what youre doing to me. i feel like i wasted my time, invested so much yet things turned out like this. its hurts knowing im alone in all this.
